The answer is in there somewhere.
Somewhere in an 84-page recorded declaration, a supplemental amendment, and last year's resolutions. So you email the management company and wait, or you guess and find out from a violation letter.
Real questions. Real answers. Real citations.
These are the app's actual answers from a live community's documents. Tap a question, or watch the app below.
Can I park a boat in my driveway?
No, you cannot park a boat in your driveway. Boats and other watercraft are prohibited from being parked anywhere other than in an enclosed garage or other areas designated by the Board, if any.
Failure to comply is a violation resulting in a fine of $50.00 per day until in compliance, and the boat may be towed by the Association at the owner's expense.
What about a trailer?
No, you cannot park a trailer in your driveway. Trailers are prohibited from being parked in places other than enclosed garages or other areas designated by the Board.
Do I need approval to put up a fence?
Yes. All fences must receive approval by the Reviewer before any construction may begin.
To request approval, you must submit an Architectural Review Form to the management company with:
- Copy of all material specifications and designs
- A schedule of completion
- A plat or survey (site plan) showing the proposed fence location on the lot
- Written and signed approval from the owner of an existing fence if you plan to connect to it
Can I set up a payment plan for my dues?
Yes, you can request a payment plan if you experience a hardship. The process and requirements include:
- How to request: Proactively contact the Management Company and submit a Payment Plan Request Form.
- Board approval: All payment plans must be submitted to the Board of Directors for review. You will receive written notice of their decision through the Management Company.
- Installment fee: A fee of $8.00 will be charged to your account for each installment throughout the duration of the payment plan.
- Compliance: The plan must be strictly followed as agreed to avoid collection actions.
Can I reserve the pool for a birthday party?
The provided documents do not contain information about reserving the pool for private events or birthday parties. Please contact the community manager or the Board to inquire about pool reservation policies.

Good questions.
Is HOA Line legal advice?
No. HOA Line finds and quotes what your community's governing documents say. For how a rule applies to a specific situation, or for a dispute, talk to your board, your management company, or an attorney.
How do I know an answer is right?
Check it yourself. Every answer cites the document and page; tap the citation to open that page with the exact words highlighted. If HOA Line can't tie an answer to your community's documents, it says so instead of guessing.
Which documents does it use?
Only the documents your community has provided: typically the Declaration of Covenants (CC&Rs), bylaws, architectural guidelines, rules and resolutions, amendments, forms, and community notices. Answers never come from outside sources.
What does our board have to do?
Send us your document packet and a contact for questions. We load and read every document, including scanned recordings, verify residents' addresses, and answer the questions the documents don't cover.
What if my question isn't covered?
HOA Line tells you plainly that it couldn't find it, rather than guessing. Tap "Ask a reviewer" and a person from our team follows up in the app and by email.
Who can get access?
Homeowners and residents of a participating community. We verify your address before sending your personal access code. Up to six members of a household can each have their own code.
What happens to my information?
We use it to verify that you live in the community and to answer your questions. We don't sell it or use it for ads, and you can delete your account from the app at any time. See our privacy policy for the details.
